I've Been Pickled

@ive.been.pickled

We’ve been slicing, drying and experimenting with something new to complement our gin range!

Coming soon — Dried Citrus & Cocktail Garnish Packs, filled with beautiful dried citrus and selected spices to help you dress up your favourite G&T or get creative with your summer cocktails.

Lemon, lime, orange and blood orange are heading into the dehydrator, ready to bring colour, flavour and a little bit of fancy to your glass.

Because a great gin deserves more than a lonely ice cube.

Our Brutally Honest Dry Gin packs a bold 52% ABV, yet delivers a surprisingly smooth, velvety finish. Subtle traditional gin botanicals create a beautifully balanced flavour that’s a real delight for the taste buds. Proud winner of Silver at the 2025 New Zealand Gin Competition.

Brutally Honest by name. Seriously good by nature.

Find us at Christchurch Farmers Market every Saturday 9am - 12noon.

A little sweet, a little tart, and a whole lot of delicious! Our small-batch Gooseberry Jam is bursting with that unmistakable gooseberry tang.

Slather it on hot buttered toast or scone, or sneak a spoonful straight from the jar — we won’t judge! 😋

Good old-fashioned jam with plenty of flavour and absolutely no boring bits.
