SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery is $9.95. Rural Delivery $12.95. Rural charges are determined by the courier (not us). Christchurch local/metro $4.95. Waiheke Island Delivery $15.00. Sorry we do not ship outside of New Zealand.

Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery, (plus additional 2-3 days rural delivery). All orders we send we try to re-use/recycle packaging to reduce our waste.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments via credit cards and bank deposits (invoice will be emailed to you with bank details and amount to pay). All orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.

Pricing on this website is in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) all prices include GST.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Items may be returned if faulty, defective, or damaged.

We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If you wish to return your purchase, goods must be returned within 14 days. Please Contact Us and we will provide details on where to send your return.

Goods that are approved for return must be in an un-used condition, and in original packaging for goods to be accepted on return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise specified by I’ve Been Pickled.

Please allow 3 to 10 days for processing returns and refunds.

GLASS JAR AND BOTTLE RECYCLING

We accept returns of used cleaned bottles and jars (no lids), please leave our labels on so we know they are ours. We attend many local fairs (Christchurch area) and are happy to take these off your hands to sterilize and re-use.
